What I Learned this Week - Puppy edition

It is time again for What I learned this Week hosted by Musings of a Housewife.

This week was full of learning, but ask me if I remember.

Of course not.

I did learn one important thing...

Triming a dogs nails is best done by two people, and one of them must be over the age of...12.

Blood all over my floor.

Koda jumped and it was like we hit a geyser.

Poor puppy.

I stayed calm, and asked Boo to get her Daddy.

He held while I applied the Kwik Stop.

It worked, and all is right with the world again.

Poor Puppy.

Oh no - not sure I could cope with puppy trauma!

Hope you aren't in the "dog house" for long, LOL!

I cannot stand trimming our dogs nails!! We usually have the vet do them and then usually only have to do them once or twice after that.
Just for the reason of hitting a blood line! LOL.

I was a bit leary of cutting my dogs nails before this. Now, there's no way I'll be trying it. Thanks for the info! :oÞ

Stiptick (think I spelled it right)powder instantly stops the bleeding. Don't ask how I know or know there is a product to stop it.
