Sleep Clinic here we come!

Today is the day we have been waiting for.

Boo's consult with the Pediatric Sleep Clinic.

OH HAPPY DAY!!!

In preparation for this appointment I have:

• Filled out a 11 page questionnaire
• Observed Boo's sleep each night and taken detailed notes
• Had many sleepless nights, as she needed to be observed without her sleeping meds.
• Held a very tied, overly emotional 7 year old who just WANTS SLEEP.

Hopefully today we will figure out what steps need to be taken to ensure that Boo gets the 10-12 hours of sleep she needs to function on a better level.
