With a sneeze we welcome you

Right now I am listening to the vocal stylings of Boo. Vocal as in sneezes, coughs and sniffles.

This girl has sneezed 9 gabillion times this morning already, and her face is a bright shade of red to prove it (9 gabillion and 1). She feels icky, but not icky enough to stay home. It is that middle ground where I hate being a parent. Do I keep her home, and she once again misses something important to her, or do I send her and expect a possible phone call later one.

This is a constant battle for all of us, but one that I hate. I always feel guilty either way.

Time to snuggle, and make a decision. Poor girl

I had to do the same thing today with Kiki. Her situation was a stomach ache. I sent her and haven't heard anything yet. But I agree with you, it's a hard choice to call sometimes.

I'm home today with Gable, but I usually have the OPPOSITE problem with him. He says he doesn't feel good, which I'm sure is true, and then I let him stay home but wonder if he really was okay to go to school...The dilemmas of parenting! I hope Boo feels better. There is so much gunk going around!!

It is a tough call to make. Do you think it could be allergies? I'd try saline nose spray. Hope she feel better soon.

Those are tough decisions. Miss Priss had a clear, runny nose on the Friday before Valentine's Day. Under normal circumstances, I would have kept her home but I didn't want her to miss her first ever Valentine's Day party.

I hope Boo gets to feeling better, soon.
