Check Yourself!!!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Be sure to check yourself. It is the most important thing to do every month. It was with this self exam that I found my lump. While it turned out to be completely nothing, it was a very scary time in my life. I don't even want to imagine the emtions people feel when things are not okay. Now, I do a self check every month, to ensure that I catch anything as soon as possible.
I also donate a to Susan G Komen every pay period. Any amount that you give go to research a cure for Breast Cancer. Every dollar is used to help end Breast Cancer, in hopes our children never have to go through the pain so many people face now.
